This growth is fueled by an influx of new residents, particularly from out-of-state buyers attracted by the area's affordability and lower property taxes.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

My question is, How do you do that if no one publically states names?

I’m experienced with tradition single family rentals but I’m leaning towards something that could even be state sponsored or anything that could pay out a premium for my monthly rental.
