So I figure this would be the best way to attract those tenants who will still find this as a convenience rather going few blocks and waiting in lines for washer.I am currently debating whether to put builtin coin machine or timer machine since I can then put a cheap reliable roper with vs a speed queen which cost more.With timer version I am not sure how many minutes would it take to finish a cycle without it closing in between and how long the cord are for the coin timer.

Right now I dont even have the money to invest in getting the PRO version of bigger pockets.Can I get some advise on where I should begin, especially considering that I don't even have the money for down payment.

These all sound like 5 versions of the same mistake:CHEAP Investors are supposed to make money, but new investors definitely try and do it cheaper.

I've recently been to both properties, and was annoyed that the printed versions have both gone missing, but have only had one guest hammer me with questions that are all found in the digital hostfully guide

Anyone use a website or have a free version, or just buy biggerpockets? 

The BP version is better than the vast majority of them. 

I've seen hundreds of leases from around the country and the Biggerpockets version is better than most.

So I went to one of my plumbers' faucet shops and he sold me a metal handle version for around $30 (VS $8 or so for the crappy plastic knob).
