I would start with conversation's like your up front costs e.g. photographer, creating a video, other marketing.

I have read several books, blogs, watched YouTube videos and now began listening to the podcasts.

As an aside, I wasn't taught this industry by anyone or book or seminar or video or online conversation or any other crap like that.  

It has everything you need including free online videos and educational courses  for you to watch and learn from.
