It’s not uncommon for pajamas to be the dress code and leftovers to be the sole items on the menu for this date.G-Day Arrives (That’s Goal Day for those of you not following along)We usually start the day with a quick gratitude inventory over the previous years’ accomplishments followed by a meditation session to bring the subconscious into the activity.

If you want to network, there's an informal meetup at Heavy Riff Brewing in Dogtown this evening, people will start arriving around 5pm, usually 10-20 people. 

I personally would just handle it, and if it didn't rent right away, you will have to mow another 1-2 times anyway before new tenant arrives.

Would it be better to buy now while I'm overseas or buy upon arrival?

I've run into similar companies and after running numbers on a few properties, I tend not to give more that a cursory glance when their emails arrive (then delete).

Also, if they truly did mail the check, they'll be sweating the arrival and should be checking in with you to see if you received it.

Make sure you can support your hourly rate with your experience and a brief explanation of how you arrived at that figure.  

In time with luck we'll arrive to a conclusion to this mystery.

Basically, rent is due on the 1st and you have a four day grace period and then it's late on the 5th (unless it arrived by mail and was postmarked on the 4th or earlier).

And proceeds, which used to be sent via check, arrived randomly between the first and 30th.
