This is a great question and one that unfortunately most people don't teach/educate on so there's very little information out there on how to become a developer and how to obtain the proper tools, resources, and team to execute your plan. 

Any first-hand information on DSTs of 731s would be helpful, or any other creative ideas that could make this deal profitable.

BiggerPockets has taught me so much about real estate, figured I’d tap into the creative minds here and see if anybody had any information. 

It's about $200 a month, but it gives you full control over the tenants banking information so that if you need to bill them, make rent escalations etc you will have full control of doing that by taking the money right out of their account. 

They are usually quick to give out that information if they think you might bring them some business.

Any of these can be exited if you decide to, then the capital can be moved to the one you like.Great information would love to connect
