We have one other applicant who is so-so (615 credit score as she is recovering from a divorce, 4 daughters - oldest in high school, a boyfriend who is there 2 weekends per month (name not on the lease), 2 dogs.

I've been working out some of the more immediate logistics of the move all weekend.

I found keeping my day job and working after hours and weekends in real estate was the right decision for me. 

We bout a 1900 square foot two story home last year (Easter weekend to be exact).

This weekend works for me or maybe any time Tuesday.

I'm expecting a WinCity Real Estate Investor meetup on the last Saturday of May, but I'd be happy to stop by Windsor if you host a meetup on any other weekend.

Try to save money...either from working (cutting lawns, washing cars, etc.) or birthdays/Christmas. 

I've been in sales my entire life and I am currently in the top 5% in the entire country with furniture sales when it comes to gross dollars and attachments in the measuring categories.While I'm extremely good at what I do, I absolutely hate working every single weekend and most nights.
