I don’t want to underutilize the equity on this property so I feel like taking out 100 grand on our Primary where the rates suck already and it will only cost me an extra 600 or 700 bucks a month. 

I do not remember the numbers but this property obviously needed full rehab.  

I bought from a primary homeowner in Indianapolis metro area who took really good care of this home (I did live in this house and rented it out when I moved back to California) and from a flipper in Indy more recently.As far as primary homeowners, they can range from taking really good care of the house to someone who has a lot of deferred maintenance - I renovated a local property that had a lot of issues.

When it comes time to sell this property, what will happen then?

I am wondering if anyone has been and this situation and has ideas on how to handle this.

Do they have in-house maintenance (this can save you thousands a year)?

I know someone who does this but they won’t give up the secret.
