@Orlo Daniel Bartholomew I advise the military guys/gals I work with that have similar savings to continue with the 0% down VA loan for their 2-4 unit house hack and leave the extra money in their account for reserves, especially with all the uncertainty of not knowing whether tenants will be able to make rent.Hope that helps and best of luck to you!
