I think it would be pretty hard to find a GC who is financially equipped to front an entire job before payment although I know my husband does do that on smaller projects occasionally.

@Brady Jones We signed an agreement with the company that puts in the equipment and does all of the monitoring/ repair of their equipment so they have the password/user agreement with the residents.
