I'm not sure if I can post a link to their site, but if you do a web search on RIREIG or RI Real Estate Investors Group, it should come right up with an obvious-looking website name 😀My recollection is that they have an open virtual meeting on the first Thursday of each month, and then an in-person meeting on the third Thursday of each month in Warwick.

As far as upsides, I think it really is just #1 another point of presence and search point on the web for someone to find your cabin, #2 sometimes folks are just looking at a certain area on google maps, and they see the cabin name and they may just check it out.

All you can do is save the output as a .htm file, and with most of the information buried in expandable menus, it's more suited for web view than for printing or saving.

Then my sister and brother-in-law decided to move their family (then a kid with one on the way) out of their tiny 680 square-foot house, and into a much larger home, build an apartment in the new basement, and rent out that lower level and also the other tiny house.Good ideas on the surface, but I watched them make mistake after mistake in these decisions, use unreliable family for part of the construction, rent the tiny house to the first tenant that applied for an amount that doesn't even cover the mortgage, borrow money from family they don't even like.And you know what?
