Just finished the blue prints and the engineer is working on it now. 3000 sqft, 3 bed 3 bath with a game room above the garage for my 7 month old daughter.

So, are looking in that range (which still gives us a good amount of options), and I am looking for space (larger yard) prefer 4 bed, 3 is fine, with 2 car garage.....that is my mentality.

The goal is to take the 2 bed 1.75 bath house and split it into two units. the main floor and attic will become a 3 bed 2 bath unit and the basement will become a 2 bed 1 bath unit.

Even foreclosures are very expensive, I am looking at the neighborhoods with "lower prices" bed sty, williamsburg, sunset park,some areas in queesns like far rockaway that depreciated a lot after Sandy.

Mindy it really depends on the definition of the acitivity one is embarking on .if the definition of wholesaling is:put a property under contract and you have NO money to close and you have sent out marketing that your an all cash buyer and will close in 10 days.Then you get into contract and put said property on crag's list with a full description of bed bath sq foot age etc.. along with pictures and advertise it for sale at a certain price.
