Getting title and getting clean title for properties bought at tax auctions are two different things. 

We have bought beds/dressers for the extra bedrooms and a dining set from Wayfair, they look nice but are pretty cheaply made.

It’s a vacation destination with steady year-round tourism, and there are opportunities to find properties that cash flow well, especially centrally located condos or single-family homes in the $250k–$350k range.That said, the "right" market depends on your investment goals.

I would think about having a local broker/agent give you a BPO on it and see what the number comes back in at..Think this might be where Chris was going, but depending on your area and what sales look like in the end of the year months, usually sales are a lot slower, that might be a driving factor.

HI @Zachary Sakena putting property into LLC in my opinion depends on that strategy you are looking to implement for next property and if you want to leverage property moving out of into LLC.  

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.There are over 20 real estate accountants on this site.

Some use very specific goal setting metrics, some use more general goals, there is no right answer for every person, but I am willing to bet that those that set some goals will be more successful in the upcoming year than those that do not.
