I own a small (72 unit) multi family in OKC and have seen vacancies go up and we have had to start increasing specials and extra items to attract quality residents to fill unit. 

I'd start getting more actively hands on involved on this. 

One last related question...since I have yet to move the house under the LLC, should I dissolve the CT LLC and start with a new one in CA to avoid filing in 2 states?
