The carpet would need replaced, some wall paneling replaced with sheetrock, and one of the bathrooms needs redone...it is actually already stripped down and was in the process of being fixed by the owner.

@Felicia Kurniawati In my limited experience with rehabbing older condos, I have found that in older buildings, the units have fabric-insulated wires and fuse sub-panels.

This house LITERALLY needs nothing EXCEPT (lol) the hallways reconfig'ed as right now the 3rd bdrm is only accessible thru one of the original bdrms (and wood paneling replaced in added-on 3rd bdrm because, let's be honest, it's some hideous stuff).
