@Felicia Kurniawati In my limited experience with rehabbing older condos, I have found that in older buildings, the units have fabric-insulated wires and fuse sub-panels.

This house LITERALLY needs nothing EXCEPT (lol) the hallways reconfig'ed as right now the 3rd bdrm is only accessible thru one of the original bdrms (and wood paneling replaced in added-on 3rd bdrm because, let's be honest, it's some hideous stuff).

The panel boxes are fuses and were a concern to the buyer as a future expense 11. 8 has vinyl replacement windows which was a positive for the buyerCedarwood Terrace1.
