The sink cabinet hinges are also loose to the point where they won't shut tight.Some people open and close the car doors, some people kick open their car door, get out, and close the door with a forceful butt bump.Where is that line? 

Most foundation issues are nuisance issues, it doors not shutting, ugly drywall cracks etc. 

This opens the floodgates to abuse, and then the govt will probably overreact, shutting it all down.

Once I recieve the picture I see that it is dripping from the wall valve where you shut off the toilet inlet water. 

Once we take into account 2020, shut downs, lay- offs, unemployment…. there are more people now who are one tragedy away from being wiped out financially.

I shut the door very quick on that, I retreated and decided to do it all myself. 

I just had a city inspector shut down my rehab for a week not having a permit to put up siding on the outside.

Did a major employer shut down, are crime rates high, does the city have an improvement or development plan on the horizon, etc.

Unfortunately, there have been people affected by the virus and their places of employments have had to downsize or shut down completely.

@Chrissy Boaglio A QT action doesn’t seem to make sense, since there is owner recorded....so no one to serve with the “put up or shut up” notice.
