Your plan “A” may be to wholesale, but you should be willing to execute plan “B” and close if necessary, otherwise it’s probably not really a deal to begin with.I’d only takes a few wholesalers to back out of deals with homeowners to bring increased regulation and legislation and ruin it for everyone, so just be willing to follow through on the contracts you sign.
