Also visiting that market to walk the streets and talk to residents and proprietors (think restaurant owners, gas station attendants and Uber drivers) often times they can tell you something in 5 minutes that you could never glean from hours of research.Cheers

Should I choose resident or commercial?

SJ is one of the better cities to work with in terms of flexibility and working with the residents. 

There is management in place for 2 parks that are far away from my residence.

Interest from a heloc for a primary residence is no longer deductible under the new tax code.  

The Mrs. and I are looking to get a primary residence and I have been considering these floor types.

In general, how much would it cost to prep .25 acres (perc test, running power, water, occupancy permit, etc) to allow for a mobile home to reside?

I don’t know the rules, but after much consideration we gave our contractor the go-ahead to do it on a remodel of our two story primary residence in Sherman Oaks back in 2004.

So on top of needing homes to match high salaries, the region will also need to find housing for a lot of new residents.
