Fortunately there are plenty of others who are genuinely helpful.Be sure to account for the expenses of traveling back and forth to your  out of state property in your calculations of your returns.

This CPR can have no “Association of Apartment Owners” (AOAO) also.Your mortgage, taxes, and insurance are all assumed separately as well.However, the County recognizes the entire lot and not the individual units that were created in the CPR process.

It will take some time to learn the difference between nerves and genuine concern for this working or not, but backing out and moving on will mean that you have a client that doesn't feel like they were being pressured into making a deal that they truly didn't want.

However the two properties are in New Hampshire which doesn't recognize the Series LLC.I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with setting up a Series in Delaware, Nevada, or Texas, but had property in another state (specifically one that doesn't recognize them)?
