She owned the property for about 12 years and although she didn’t believe in ghosts and communicated to me she never experienced anything she had guests who still would tell her they had seen the woman in the master bedroom where we had so many experiences with her.

That’s valuable experience.

What are the pros and cons based on your experience?

In my experience, they dont like to be nickel and dimed for a lot of other things. extra to heat the pool, extra for a grill.

While there are still some unknowns that I’m working to overcome, I’m confident that with persistence and the right community, I’ll master this craft.I’m here to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and learn from others who have walked this path before me.
