They would pay all utilities and maintenance on the property and provide 2 months security deposit. 

Hey Carter,Renting to a Section 8 tenant on disability can provide stable and reliable income since the government pays a significant portion of the rent directly to you.

I use to collect a security deposit but decided it was more hassle than it was worth.
