One valuable tip I’ve already realized is the higher-than-expected property tax on investment properties in the Indianapolis area, referenced by @Victor Tatyanin in a recent post (I was quite disappointed by this, but of course this is vitally important information!)

I am aware i have to but in a HOA that will allow leasing but other then that, anyone have any use tips i can take into consideration during this process

Does anyone have tips on securing hard money?

So I’ve gotten some tips that I need to save up more before buying my first property as I only have about $6k and my job alone would take a while to get where I want financially before investing.

Canada has just mandated that 100% of all cars sold be electric by 2035 and California I'm sure will follow with new urgency as Global warming has hit a tipping point.

Hello Team, I was wondering if anyone knew of any Turnkey companies in Canada, I have tried looking but have come up with nothing any tips tricks or advice would be greatly appreciated

If the inspectors she uses get most of their work through her and something is "gray area" not good, it seems like the scales could easily tip to my realtor (who naturally would prefer a bump free closing) and maybe that gray area thing doesn't get mentioned or is minimized, etc.It's a lot more work to hunt down someone reputable and reasonable on my own, but there's a lot more peace of mind knowing that I'm the point person that their primary allegiance is with.
