I had known when I purchased this house I would need to bring it up to date from the 2005 style it was decorated in do before I sold it.

Some investors combine the strategies, and rent out the property during fall and winter to a long-term tenant as a furnished rental (think corporate rental), and then switch it over to short-term Airbnb style to get the best of both worlds.   

I woke up this morning to see BP took a recent blog article I wrote and put it into audio form....my style. 

Though if it can be saved it’s a beautiful Victorian style house with amazing details. 

It should be there, or we should have a Biggerpockets more directed to Spain (/EU) however they are choosing to maintain it more US-oriented
