I might conclude the complicated nature is the problem, but other people would argue the complication is necessary and so it must exist.Some of those "bad things" are the things being expressed in this thread today.

What seems cold and harsh now may seem the only realistic alternative in a few months. 

Alternatively, if you think that are better opportunities in South Florida, commercial or residential, what would you suggest looking at and where?
