What factors do you consider when deciding between traditional financing and private money lending for real estate deals? 

First question would be do you have money just in case or are you leveraging everything?

We have been your average corp job employees for the past 15+ years (maxing out 401K, emergency fund savings, etc.). 

Seems like  a good way to save a low interest mortgage.  

You've been able to save up and have $50K in liquid cash.   

If you do pay them to leave, do not hand over any money until they give you the keys and you have walked through the place.

How can an investor make money on condos while avoiding future liabilities?
