As a realtor here in the Champaign-Urbana area, much of the investment property here is uplifted by the university and its large international student base which will only continue to grow, especially with the expansion of the medical program here.

With relative certainty I can almost guarantee my renters will not have drunk celebrities at my properties :)  The mail person one always gets me, it would seem that it would have to be a tendon severing incident to get the medical bills that high and it would also be a workman's comp claim as it was an injury on the job.... 

On the flip side, for many, their financial situation is not the most stable.In the latter category, you have doctors (Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals), financiers, lawyers, educators.
