If I recall correctly, here were my estimates: Electricity: $100 (6%)Water & Sewer: $70 (4%)Garbage: $20 (1%)Vacancy: $80 (5%)Repairs & Maint: $128 (8%)CapEx: $48 (3%)PMI: $25 or soTotal: $471Adding that to the PITI puts me at a ($1830+$471= $2300) monthly outflow.
