Today, the Sales Mgr at a local high-end dealership agreed the demand for a storage option is through the roof and offered up a rather large list of potential clients for pre-sales.Long story short, I have available to me roughly 4 acres of flat, dry land in Charleston, SC. 

Any stories on what one had to do to get their properties cash flowing?

My story is back abt 12 yrs ago I had really bad credit and my mom took a loan out for me to buy a house in California.  

I'm pretty sure @aaron or Account Closed and the others has a similar story.

So the moral of the story is with one hard credit hit I got two vehicles financed at low interest 10k of additional credit and took 5k worth of debt at 25% interest and got it down to 3.5% and 0%.

However, during underwriting, I was told that my "story" about being transferred home is not believable and the bank thinks I will be solely renting out this property.
