If the siding still has integrity and there are no termite or rot issues, repair of any bad siding should be sufficient.Have you tried negotiating with the buyer?

If your needs extend further than that, there are products available that allow much tighter integrations such as Oracle and the like.All of these are good products and range from free to I-could-buy-a-few-properties-with-that-money expensive.

It could be integrated into the BP site but I honestly believe that the organization has to frame itself as being about fairness, families, functioning communities, etc - it cannot have anything to do with profits or investing.

Your best bet is to have an inspection contingency in your offer so that you can bring in a qualified home inspector and if something unforseen or major comes on the report, you either back out or re-negotiate price.That said, you should be checking the major items like roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, foundation, integrity of interior/exteriro walls, and NHD items.
