Basically if you're in the upper credit tier it's not too difficult, and no sense in paying someone to do it.Regarding the company, I've been following the misc posts for a while, everyone does say starting out it uses your personal credit to start, then they open business lines.Personally for RE, I don't see it as a great model. 

The best tip I can give you ask a flipper or a new construction home builder if you can shadow an entire project, maybe run errands for them and deliver supplies to the job.Get on the job every day, best way to learn the process, every municipality is a little different, my experince is from Milwaukee, I would have to learn a lot, even if it were close by like Chicago.This is a very helpful post!
