I'm looking to start building up my Asset Column with some rental units back in my home state (currently looking around Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio).Any info for investing from afar (or investing in Japan) would be greatly appreciated.Also, if anyone is currently living in Aomori and wants to grab a little ramen or sake I am almost always up for it!

Where can I find info on how we set this up and what we need to have in place regarding paperwork etc.

I wasn't sure because of the redemption periods and found no direct info on google.

I had to reconnect with the seller while in escrow to sell the home as we needed the payoff info and fortunately he was easy to reach.
