How does it address situaitons where occupants either have a fake lease or got scammed by someone posing as the landlord?

I dont see how its possible to do it that cheap.

I didn't walk the house prior to making an offer and prior to closing.

. $7k on holding, $16k in commission, $5 in closing brings you to 248 if everything goes according to plan.

I purchased it as part of a deal to move my mobile home off my homesite.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
