Do some searching on this board to figure out if it's legal in your area, how to split/charge commission, how to protect yourself with a contract, etc.

Hey guys so I have been driving for dollars finding vacant homes I got a bunch of leads I have sent some mail but really want to call these people and talk to them personally been searching county websites facebook google whitepages and I cannot come up with any number to call these people any advise will be golden thanks

how is your search going?

I can usually find this on Google from brokers like Marcus & Millichap or data providers like Axiometrics.

How can I do "factual, numbers, stats" only research so I can narrow my search down to a handful of cities i.e. census information etc for the following and please let me know if I am missing anything out important?
