@Mark Nolan If you are self employed and open a solo 401k, does it make sense to transfer the money that is in a SDIRA to a solo 401k in terms of tax implication during distribution in the future?

I’ve been thinking about supplementing my investing with something like this in the near future.

You will have to get the alderman on board (politics..) and then the neighbors about hours and parking..It's a cool project, it feels like you make an impact on the community, but I would only do that if I had too much money, nothing to do with my time and looking for a proper challenge.

You will be able to use your current property to offset the mortgage on that property and then depending on how many units your new property has, you can use all or a portion of the current or projected income to help you qualify.

Location will be a major factor in determining the potential strategy for the park, as well as projecting how the park will perform.  

They actually have the old mayor and future governor hopeful coming to speak tonight.
