In our market the experienced buyers and owners know each other and they also know they won't be manipulated by the other because of knowledge level.     

If you don't go, you are definitely not going to meet anyone there, if you go, it is very possible you will meet people that are more experienced and that are willing to help. 

I definitely recommend checking one out and experiencing it in person at least once.
