There is the obvious personality difficulties which with the current group, I am not concerned but if this were to grow could become an issue. 

Didn't say you had been difficult, I was just giving some of the things that could cause an investor problems.Sounds like you are doing the right things just have to persevere.Good luck by friend and keep plugging, something will fall.

I think you'll have difficulty getting it agreed to by buyers unless there is a date certain that they can rely on. 

I think the prospects for a large renter pool down here is  positive for a variety of reasons - lower credit scores, lack of built up cash reserves for a down payment, difficulties securing a mortgage - just to name a few.
