Thinking hard about investing in Stuyvesant-Prospect.

It would be a total change from my current career, which is both a scary and exciting prospect for me. 

I'v been hearing that a lot, I would like to be as successful as all the people in the books I've read and I've come to realize that once you develop a rhythm for investing in real estate there's literally nothing holding you back from reaching financial freedom. 

He got a investor lined up who seems very interested in buying into(Capstone Property Management) and he is working with a local developer from charlotte(Capsigna Builders) to get his quote/costs.Thanks a lot in advance!

As far as the developer strategy that is something I haven’t thought about so I definitely appreciate the feedback.

@William S. my clients in WI who have been developing apartment complexes are stating the current aquisition cost of land plus construction cost does not make anymore.  

I believe there will be more storage units built in the area, I keep leaning toward a business sweet condo development.
