I got a call today from someone I met at a Holiday party hosted by @Yonah Weiss' Company,Now this was a long time ago, definitely before the Covid era!

The benefit the seller sought was not my lawn mower but to get out of an encumbered property that was a "must take" when he bought the apartments next door and he didn't want to deal with the clouded title.  

We are hedging our bets that all three digital systems are on different clouds and servers to minimize the risk of data loss.

Cloud versions cost too much.

A lot of people worked remotely all year and continue to work remotely, so hosts that adjusted their business models to be conducive to long-term stays did very well!

The master suite upstairs, hosts two large walk in closets and a private porch.

I will continue to track my expenses, copy my receipt, and store them in my data cloud.

I would be happy to host a virtual meet up for Greater Montreal Area folks - English and French welcome.My brother and I have each done Single Family homes for the last few years but just acquired our first multiplex together this week.  

Thank god cloud storage is a pretty good revenue generator from nothing a few years ago.Then again, I've been told (here and other places) I'm a negative Nancy, but the high-tech business can turn on a dime - Remember how big Tek, H-P and Compaq were?
