I think they are different from what I've read.Dmitriy - Yes, absolutely 5.75% is FAR cheaper money than anything HML and far easier to access cash than any other source of financing.

If you invest the IRA in an LLC and then process the investment through the LLC, they may accept it as they appear to not understand such investment can also be done through a self-directed IRA.
