Hi All,I've grabbed coffee recently with a a few newer investors here in Denver that I've connected with via BiggerPockets, and I was surprised to hear how many of them had reached out to very active members of BiggerPockets trying to connect for a coffee and just learn a little more about what people are doing in this market, just to have their messages not responded to, or conversations drug out with no obvious intention to connect. 

Of course that's no guarantee it can't be repealed, but I would think it very unlikely especially noting our current POTUS's comprehensive real estate activities.

Most of my units are in Utah county, and I am still actively working on building my portfolio as well. 

We both work long hours and while she is content at her job, I am much less so and I find it very constricting in terms of available time for investing activities.

I can compare them to another property I own who has a pretty active and well managed HOA and see how they compare.I didn't notice any major capital repairs when I drove through the past couple times I was in the neighborhood, but I will definitely do more due diligence now that I'm on the clock.

This is essentially an inheritance, as I have never actively invested before.
