Only salvation is that I have about $50k on my 401k, I have a doctor of Chripractic title to show potential earning ability, I have a VA loan that I can use, and a stable job as a Respiratory Therapist.Like many newbies, I get distracted by so many avenues in RE and cannot seem to focus on just one strategy.

Quick back-story: I’m under contract on a house with a VA loan in process.

I’ve always been thinking about going back in the Maryland,DC,Virginia area.

As the description suggests, I currently live in Arlington VA and am new to real estate investing, but not necessary new to real estate since I've bought and sold some properties already.

I am an out of state investor based out of Northern Virginia.

im fairly new at this, im trying to get my underwriting skills down. im currently watching the link attached to understand it. so im starting out with a fourplex with a VA loan soon. and when I start looking im trying to understand how to underwrite it. or would underwriting be for 5+ units?

Anyone using a VA here?
