If your goal is $10,000 a month for the rest of your life, how many houses or apartments or storage units will it take to get there?

Apartment needs some renovation to add flooring, ceiling, and interior walls to make a bedroom, closet, etc, in order to list on STR sites, and to separate it from the rest of the house, but it should not be a big or expensive deal to do this.Additionally, the lot is big enough to place a tiny house, or add RV rental storage parking area... maybe even another house.K & B had originally planned to add a second home for their daughter, but then she got married and both parents & newlyweds decided to build new houses. 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Another portion of the land has been developed to serve as a boat trailer storage area, and the land also serves as home base for heavy equipment that we have purchased to begin a land and tree clearing company that has taken off in the last year and is producing a great additional source of income!

My business raises investor capital for multifamily & self storage deals, so having "Capital" in the name is relevant to our function & value add.

Your PM can control access, or you can add security cameras to the storage room that you can remotely monitor (along with exterior and common area cameras so you can check on your property anytime).
