I'm a big fan of this as well.

I'm a big fan of small multifamily properties, like duplexes and such.

Often times, I will look at vacant and bank owned houses and there are lights or bath fans left on.

I guess my advice still applies.. lol I'm still a BIG fan of 30yr fixed-rate money at this point in the cycle, largely as an inflation and interest rate/cash flow hedge.

I have also read that 1,000 years ago in England, they were able to grow certain types of grapes for wine, but now it isn't warm enough.I always laugh when the man-made global warming types say it's the "hottest it's been in 300,000 years".

Boy I'm not a fan of the put a few thousand up front and hundreds a month for membership type of courses,mentoring,etc.

While I'm a fan of college for certain things, going to college just for the sake of getting a degree isn't a very good investment (in my opinion).
