I'm a web developer, based in the UK, and have been contacted by a couple of realtors asking for help with a property listing tool for their website.It seems to be a common problem for realtors but digging through the forums here I've noticed that there seems to be a range of opinions as to whether or not this is actually a good idea.I'm aware that there might be 'off-the-shelf' solutions or less than ideal solutions that you can clobber together via a WordPress plugin or using blog posts but I wondered if the market could be better served with a dedicated solution to this problem...if it exists!

“C” puts down $10k in non refundable EM payable to “C”.Problem: When it comes for “C” to get the loan from, say Wells Fargo, the Lender is saying that “C”’s EM can not be considered as a down payment since “B” did not actually own the house (“B”isn’t on title).
