I am a big fan of internet innovations and am constantly seeking to try the new thing, after having missed the boat on bitcoin, I really want to keep up with the current new inventions regarding our favorite industry, Real Estate. what are some of the most innovative internet services regarding REI that you have encountered recently?

I'm pretty much in the same boat as Nathan, I write in 3-5% and I either slap them with a 2% increase, have them pick up the gardener bill (if I'm paying for it) or leave them alone, if they are taking really good care of the property.

We see constantly people making 50k+ with big payments for cars, credit cards, boats, and the newer one, beefy student loan payments, all the nice things on a nice big monthly payment
