What are the weight capacities for each item?

Mine are worth their weight in gold.  

But also:A box a bullets, which happen to be 9mm, so I kept those for myself.Some nice weights.

I've also read that the LLC is not always worth its weight so long as you have solid umbrella policy to protect your personal assets.

Basically, what I gathered is that the lease is a good place to start with but then compare it with the State Law because in the end, that has more weight because a landlord can't just add statements he/she made up or took from the internet and add it to the lease when really, it's not in compliance with state laws.  

With existing low maintenance tenants I raise a little at a time and bring them to market gradually.
