@Gregory Schwartz purely my opinion....I think all this pandemic is going to do is to flush out anyone who was half assing it, anyone who didn't do their homework, and people who got emotional. 

The problem that I saw with most of the videos I watched was that they seemed more emotional and speculative than they were fact based.I only saw a couple of videos but the ones I watched didn't have any evidence on the claims they made about Cardone, in fact they all seemed to share one theme "I told you Grant Cardone is a....".

I do believe a vast number of these have no insurance to deal with the damage, and will be unable to handle the financial/emotional burden.

However, as you know, buying a home to live in is more of an emotional decision.
