He does give a lot of actionable advice, but his sales content does need to be changed a bit based on the industry you're in and the buyer type.Re: his syndications and Reg A fund, I would only be concerned with how the assets will do in the long run, since he seems to be focused on owning the nicest property in the neighborhood.

I would imagine eventually it all comes to the specifics of the property itself but then the search is becoming to exhaustive, so I would want to focus on couple geographical areas and be able to search there.Currently I'm in CA and looking to invest in other states.Any idea on how to get started and get focused on an area would be appreciated.Thanks in advace to all the comments.

It may be worth directing more of a focus towards Pearland, but if the opportunity presented itself and I had to choose between a property in Pearland or Friendswood, I would take Friendswood all day.
