I have found in my state (PA), that many paid background checks are unreliable but my states website will show me evictions, civil judgements, criminal cases and even summary offenses like a speeding ticket.

Do you really want to spend all of the time trying to erase web history of you being an agent for them when the sh_T hits the fan?

You can use Zillow and other web based engines to see everything on the MLS or find an agent that you know and like to work with.
