Hi @Shiv Jey, you might consider using an investment advisor to evaluate which offerings are suitable and promising.

We took our little book and met with the bankers.The bankers gave us a sense of what they might be willing to do with us, should a suitable opportunity arise.  

Another issue is that if the market hasn't included the type of property you want, it will be harder to get a good appraisal for FHA (secondary market loans) because there won't be suitable comps sold in the recent past. 

I was in a hurry bc we were in a place that wasnt suitable to live in.

All of these things help add to the reasons why investors, and visitors from around the globe come to Orange County and invest their money, or to spend time with their families.From the most luxurious mansions, to simple cottages, multi family dwellings, and office buildings.

Many of my other investors want to see each and every single deal and so this is not a suitable vehicle for them.

Even with friends and relatives you need to know that they are suitable for the investment being offered.
