Getting the math right is critical to having a successful cash flowing property. 

I’ve had a lot of success with posting deals on the BP marketplace.

In the scenario of the HOA being able to address the issues successfully by raising dues and special assessments, I could at least take a tax deduction for them.

And to me  doesn't even matter  because I already know  what type of person you are and they are a lot  of successful  real estate  Investors  that are buying  up the hood .

Has anyone tried this or had success?

If anyone has had success in collecting after they got a judgement against a defaulted borrower I would love to hear the outcome and I would love some recommendations of firms that I could turn to to handle this.Thanks for the help!

I know reading about real estate, and everyone’s success stories really makes a person want to jump right in (I get excited too, haha).

Also, how about having success with renovation loans for a flip property?
